Welding Paper

Welding paper is very expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives? I need to weld floor pans and don't want anything hitting the dash and glass. Blankets are heavy.

I've used 2 layers of thick tin foil.

I'll try that, got a leather welding apron to help shield most spatter.

”build back better” is not happening, i’d look at some harbor freight moving blanketsp
