Will a trucl cap feom a 2000 f150 fit on a 2005 f150

 

No. Needs to be same generation, bed type, and bed length.

Yep, it ain't gonna fit. You would think that the cap I have on my 2014 would fit a 2019 since they "look" identical but no. Ford made real subtle changes that means the current ARE LSII tonneau cover won't fit a new F150. At $1500.00 for the cover, it's been a major stop for me buying a new F150. I'd have to throw an additional 3 grand at a new one just to get what I already have......cover, mat, liner, electronics, tint, seat covers, radio upgrades, etc.
