new financing

i've read twice in these forums about new financing but I haven't been able to find out any info on this. Can anyone help?

try Ford.com...or call a Ford dealer...they are offering as low as 0% on short-term f-150 loans.

I seen a TV ads from both FORD and GM both are doing a 0% on all there new cars trucks and vans in an effort to get the econommy going again since it has been slowing down and went down hill a little faster after the attacks on NYC and DC.
