I am helping paxton888 to collect stuffed animals.
I had one ready to ship, and my daughter said she wanted to give one of hers too. Lord knows she has way too many of them (in new condition). In fact her room is STUFFED with them! I am guessing that other kids may want to get in on the act and feel like they are helping too.
So I printed the webpage I made and the sent a flier to my kids schools and said if any one brings a stuffed animal to school on monday, I will ship it to NYC for them.
Some of these kids don't have much, but if they want to give, they can feel like they are helping too. I figured that the shipping cost to Texas may inhibit some people, so I figured what the heck, if they get it to me, I will ship it.
If any one in MI wants to drop one off for me to ship, I can probably find a couple of locations to do so.
I live by the Great Lakes Mall (off I-75 between exits 83 & 84) so I could always meet people there.
