Any comments on the Wal-mart Liberator A/T tires ? They are $96 for a 285/75/16

 

my cousin has these in a 265 on his jeep wrangler
theyre pretty good tire seem to be wearing good and they do great off road for an all terrain tire
theyre a little noisy on the road but not that bad over all id give them a 6 ona scale of 1-10

The tires may be good i dont really know but i do know that i wouldnt get them put on by wal-mart. i know that every wal-mart has different people in them but from past experiences with them and what happend to friends who went there they aren't very good. On one friends car they forgot the oil cap and all the oil spilled out all over the engine which made the oil burn and smoke. Then next thing you know he needs a new engine cause of being ran without oil. They bent the hood of another car really bad when they forgot to lower the hood arm. I guess thats what you get for getting paid really bad wages for a mechanic and not having to be trained. Just my opinon and experiences. Dont let this sway you from getting a good deal on tires thought.
