I own a f150 with the 6.2 and a f250 with a 6.2 i pull a 26 ft jayco with a slide and the f150 does a wonderful job with it, plenty plenty of power and stability. around town i love my f150. think I am at 6000# empty trailer. expect 8 to 9 mpg pulling

f250 different story, pulls the trailer with plenty of power and stabilty , but empty I hate the truck, very rough ride, dont believe those who have them, go drive one around, day 1 or 2 is fine, by day 3 i am annoyed and have a headache. try the cup of coffee test, get a 3/4 full cup of coffee put it in the drink holder and drive it about 10 miles, f150 no mess, f250 coffee is everywhere. my wife basically refuses to ride in the f250. I even went to discount tire and said I wanted the best michilan tire they had, little to no difference.

if i pulled a travel trailer 2 times a month, then i would have probalby go f250 diesel, 6 to 8 times a year, f150 with maximum towing and a 3.5 ecoboost.
