hello all!
I have a 2010 f150 5.4 fx4 super crew, looking to purchase new tires and wheels. I'm stuck with finding an appropriate size. I have a 2in leveling kit, I do know that 12.50 width rubs on upper control arms so I'm trying to stay away from that. I'm looking at 33-34in x 11-11.50. Could anyone make any good recommendations on sizes? 285? 295? 65? 70? 75? 16rim? 17? 18?

Well for starters you can't use a 16" wheel because they won't clear the brakes. I'd suggest some Ford Raptor take off wheels that measure 17x8.5 and have close to 6 inches of backspacing. Put on a set of 285x70x17 or 295x70x17 AT or MT tires and you'll have an all new look to your truck. Welcome to the site!!
When you say 6inches of back spacing, do you mean an offset wheel? Or will it keep it stock with maybe a 1/4in poking outside of fender?

Www.willtheyfit.com is a great place to see how it all works easily. There are more detailed fitment calculators out there but if you don't know how it all works you will only be more confused.
Most stock F150 wheels are ET44 which means you have 44mm of offset. Aftermarket wheels with ET 18-0 are pretty common for our trucks and help clear big tires. That alone buys you 1"-1.75" of clearance between the suspension and the tires. It also compensates for the wider wheels you will need to run wide tires.
I picked up a free set of 325/65/18s that will end up under my truck. My factory wheels are 20x8.5 ET44. The new wheels I'm looking at are 18x9 ET18. So I'll gain 2" more tire and .5" more wheel width. The difference in offset though gives me a .75" gain in clearance. Make sense?

Yes absolutely! I've done some looking around and I really do like the way the 295/70/17 look on my truck and I'm almost positive I'll be going with those in an all terrain. Now the question is what brand tire! I've always had good luck with general Grabber but open to suggestions!
