Flag for the truck
I was driving down the street last night from picking up some food and saw a f150 going the other way. He had a huge flag flapping in the wind off the rear tailgate.. Basically a post hooked to his bumper somehow. Is there a kit or something like this.
I would really like to put a nice size flag on my truck. Specially right now.

Hi,
you could just use a metal pipe, about I don't know 1 foot long welded to a flat piece of metal with a hole in it then bolt it to your bumper trailer hole? To secure the flag you could try making a hole in the pole and using a pin through the pipe?
Too bad new trucks don't have those holes on the boxes anymore, then you could put two flags on the rear...

I appreciate everyones patriotic nature in this thread, but I'd like to point out a few things about proper flag displays. These are not things I've made up they are actual guidelines that are set in place by the government for proper flag display, and if you don't think the way you display the flag is important, then you have no business showing the flag.
According to the guidelines, a flag should never be draped over a hood, or the body. If shown on a vehicle the flag should be affixed securely to the chassis or somehow otherwise clamped to the right front fender. I put mine on my CB antenna which is about as close as I could get to being attached to the chassis without drilling the body.
Also, nothing should be displayed above or on top of the flag, even if it says "proud to be an american", I'd request that proud to be an american be placed under the flag.
