Lemon Law Need help!!

I'm going to Lemon Law arbitration (WA state) for my 2013 F150 5.0 because it keeps killing batteries and ford can't find out why. Does anyone have a 2013 with the same problem? If so, would you be willing to send me copies of any service records? I'm happy to send mine to anyone who needs it.

Anyone have experience/advice with Lemon Law arbitration?

thanks.

ben

Sorry to hear about your issues with your relatively new Ford. First, have you tried a different dealer?

Send a PM to "FordService" - that's Crystal, our Ford customer service rep. She may be able to help you get it fixed.

Fuel pump relay get stuck on sometimes and kills batt over night, also i have seen ABS module goes bad and keeps running after truck is turned off too. Check these out??? Hope this helps. New FP Relay, Open the hood an listen, if its running, unplug harness to module, you will get a dash ABS light on cause its disconnected but you can drive it that way w/o ABS, just regular brakes.
