Tomorrow has been declared......

........a National Day of Prayer & Remembrance. I was hoping we could pick a set time to have a moment of silence & prayer for the victims & their rescuers.
I was thinking either 9:03 AM, the time the second tower was hit or the date of the tragedy - 9:11 AM.
Please let me know if you're interested in joing together as a family of grieving & caring people to think of the lives lost. Wherever you are, please take just 1 minute to stop & reflect. Thank you.

This was sent to me this morning from a friend:

It was just announced on the radio that no matter where or what you are doing tomorrow evening, stop and light a candle at 7PM (est) to mourn the the horrific event that has happened in NY. This is also to acknowledge the hospital medical teams', EMT's, NYFD, NYPD, Transit emergency teams, and all other states (NJ, Upstate NY, Michigan, Penn, Tenn, Chicago and many others) that have traveled to assist the men and women of NY.

U.S. Pride Day

Tomorrow is U.S. Pride Day. Everyone wear U.S. colors. Try to be
wearing as much red, white and blue as you can. Send this message to as many other people as you know. Let's get the whole country into it.
They are asking people to drive with their headlights ON in a show of solidarity and in remembrance of those who lost their lives ..... please pass the word along.

Maybe we can all do this to show we are united and will prevail over the sorry low lifes that made this blind attack on the U.S.A. WE WILL COME AFTER YOU. God bless us all and may we all be safe.

I'm in w/4 candles

I'll be lighting 4 candles - 1 for each plane & rescue group - Police, Fire, EMS & civillians. I heard that it is at 7PM regardless of the time zone you're in & if you think of it, that's a great idea! It will be like a "wave of light" spreading across the country as each time zone joins in! "From sea to shining sea" we'll light this country up the RIGHT way! Count me in!
