Is jbrew still around?

Haven't seen any posts from him for awhile? Maybe I missed when/why he left? Looks like he hasn't posted for over a year now?

He got suspended for being a jackass one too many times, and when the suspension was over he never returned. I don't look at other forums, but I bet you will find him active somewhere else.

Ahh... Thanks... Yeah, I kinda remember that he was getting a bit 'harsh' with his posts awhile ago...

It's a shame. The guy is a wealth of knowledge but don't you dare disagree with him or he will call you every name in the book. NONE of us know EVERYTHING.

Mitch, - over the years a lot of the guys whom were a pleasure to work with helping others out had left. In the past this made stomaching users like glc whom liked to copy my post then sign his name to them possible. Actually that was just glc who resorted to that. Flattered at first, but it got old. It was that and the fact a moderator got in the way of helping others which is what this site was all about...at first and for me. When ones personal vendetta ruins it for others is when it became something I no longer wanted to be part of.

Funny, -glc points out I would call someone every name in the book who was in disagreement with my suggestions. This site doesn't condone name calling and if what he said was true, how did I get 25,000 posts ? It's personal vendetta's that relied on fabrication and /or half truths to make ill conceived points. I don't associate with these childish actions in life and choose to stay away from it here as well.

It was fun when we all worked together and while it lasted.

Aw, come on jbrew. You know as well as many others on the forum that often times your posts were caustic and offensive to some who don't know much about you. Come on back and help some of these guys who love Ford trucks!

I think we both had about 1000 posts in the big 5.4 vs 4.6 thread back in the day

Sorry you went away, man. I never saw your posts as caustic or rude. I saw them as a guy that knows what he's talking about. Sometimes though, you just have to ignore the dimwits and go on. Folks know who has the "know" and who doesn't. I've learned to just ignore them and go on. But it certainly hasn't been the same since you left. Not much activity here anymore. Anyway, best of luck in your life and hope you and the family are safe and healthy. Thanks for all that you've contributed over the years.

Tip of the hat to Jbrew.
You're back, I'm visiting again.

Noticed the online communities are lacking... Nobody gives a **** about helping another person anymore?
