A family moving out of their soon to be foreclosed backed into the front of it with the moving van an mostly totaling the outside of the front of the house. They moved 2 states away into a mobile home park.

Neighborhood garage floors and driveways are being broken up, removed and new cement poured.

Heavy rains and a damaged fill cap at a local gas station put many gallons of water into the underground tanks. Many cars had water in their gas and damage to the fuel systems. Need less to say the Garage had experience in this also.

The family that wrecked the front of their soon to be foreclosed home suffered severe flooding from heavy rains recently at their Mobile Home Park. Of all the luck !

It's settled to the middle of winter and indoor projects are building up to a "cross" the list off gradually to manageable project ending times.

Just added a 20 volt adjustable tripod light to the garage assortment of stuff. Also have a 20V fan mounted on an adjustable tripod.

Decided to get a Hoist so I can work on my Golf Carts this following spring/Summer/fall. Is 12' tall, maybe can lift the cab off a F150 with a welded up rig on the Electric hoist.
