Time for Phone Upgrade, Need opinions

Alright my 12 month upgrade with At&T is coming up in a couple weeks and would like to get some opinions. Right now i have the LG Optimus Pro and its been a great phone, Fast, trouble free and easy to use, but would still like to use my upgrade to get the latest and greatest phone.

So far here is what i am looking at.

1. Samsung Note 4
2. Samsung Galaxy S5
3. LG Flex (its a curved phone not sure i can handle that)
4. Nexus 6

Im sort of leaning towards the Nexus 6, it just came out last month and has pretty great reviews.

Any other phones you guys would recommend?

NO IPHONES

You looking for a phone or a phablet? Gotta draw the line on size somewhere.

My LG is a 5.5 inch screen, figured a 6 inch screen wouldn't be much different. Ive got to where i use my phone most all the time instead of the laptop.
Bigger is better

There are times I wish I still had my old V3 RAZR - but the only thing it did well was make phone calls. Texting was even a chore without a QWERTY. Internet was a total joke. Apps don't exist. Camera was only VGA resolution.

There are 2 kinds of people in the world:

1: Those that own an iPhone.
2: Those that wish they did.

No iPhone?

Guessing a working device is out of the question then.

I've had mine 2 1/2 years. Could have upgraded but just kept it as it is working just fine.

Wife had a iP 5 when it first came out, two years later it won't hold a charge and is always attached to a wall outlet, so she went ahead and bought a new i6

Been pretty happy with my S4 active

I carry a phone (blackberry z30) that my company provides and I dont have a clue how half of it works. When I get home it gets turned off and left on the dresser until the next day. I dont even pick it up on weekends. Is something wrong with me? My wife has an iphone and is on it all the time(except when I call). Guess I just dont care much for the phone stuff.

I know it's not on your list but I love my first gen Moto X and my dad and I both love his second gen Moto X. Total hands free with Google Now.. About 10x better than Siri.
The second gen is bigger than the first gen. But still pretty thin.
Its a great KitKat phone for the price. I wouldn't trade it for any crappy IPhone.

My wife and I got our iphone 4s phones 3 years ago, our first smart phones. I have been happy with mine but the wife has complained some about hers. (wives never complain about anything, right!) Our son who just graduated from college with a degree in computer science has a Nexus and has always joked about our iphones. He had Samsung phones before the Nexus. We are trying to decide what to get right now to replace our small 4s's.

I got the Motorola Turbo a couple weeks ago and so far I'm very happy with it. The only minor bug is you can't use data while talking on the phone I talked to a Verizon rep last week and he said there is a software update for the phone to fix that issue.
