Remote Start

What is the expected range that the factory remote starter will work? I have a 2013 F-150 Lariat and more that about 25 feet away it will not start. Ideas/suggestions?

24.9 feet

Fresh batteries? No cheap Led replacement bulbs (especially the festoons)?
