If you're a fan of '55 Gassers, then you might get a kick out of the cool new t-shirt I just got:

Love this movie......

Not exactly a street version of the Nova but it's mostly Bowtie. There are only 2 of these bodies known to exist and I know where both are. Sworn to secrecy at the cost of my death if if I tell, they were dandy cars of the times. I would have loved to see GM come out with a Nova fastback like these but it never happened. This car was well known in the area for walking on the rear tires a lot. If this racing team, CKC, showed up, they went home with the trophy. These guys are still around and still building cars for others. Gotta love the Nova especially a custom Nova fastback.

This Corvette was a National Record holder in the late '60's.

Look's like a Rambler Marlin top on the Nova!

If yer familiar with the names of the big guys back in the day, Bill Thomas built 4 Novas just like the one CKC raced. There are only 2 left. Here's CKC at the line.

The car was painted a medium metallic blue and was very sharp looking. Here's the one Alan Greene from the northwest area of the USA raced.

J E and Bobby Kristec are both still building cars with Callier. Their current car is a Chevette body funny car.

This was one of our local racing teams...I watched these guys race this car at Laplace Raceway and Southland Raceway both in South Louisiana. Jakes Speed Shop in New Orleans was a sponsor and where I spent many buck's on my first car's. Sorry the pics not a Bowtie!

I would take any 1963 to 1967 Corvette Stingray Coupe with the 63 being the sexiest car ever in my book.

I also really like the 1968 to 1972 Corvettes with the split chrome bumpers front and back.

I have always had a soft spot for Nova's too. My brother has a 1967 and I had a 1970 SS 396/375 once upon a time.

Those were some great looking car's back then. Too bad they were just starting to use the smog pump's and going with the emission control's. Just about the end of the muscle car era.

Absolutely! Second favorite body style behind a 79 Ford.
