I hear say that the new avalanche with 17" wheels are having some issues with tires blowing out???. has anyone one else heard of this?. I seen the tire from the guys truck down the street, thread seperation for sure, chevy is buying him all new tires? no questions asked. Boy where have i heard this problem before.

 

Oh, no I think I'll have to watch it if I'm anywhere near an Avalanche. If one of those tires blows, then the thing will hit something and shatter into a million tiny pieces of plastic. I don't want to get hit with the shrapnel.
Did they issue ugly tires for that thing? You know to be consistent with the rest of the "truck".
I'm sorry. I'm not really one of those vehicle bigots. I just find this whole Avalanche thing funny!

Don't blame the Goodyears. The tires probably just can't hold it together. I mean, if you were on such an abomination, would you be any better?
