Ill look into it!
40 Creek or Pendleton- both are very sweet and affordable, nothing like EW though. EW is bourbon, and if you like Kentucky Bourbon, you HAVE to try Buffalo Trace at about $25 a bottle. Blow your mind man...one of the highest rated bourbons out today, hands down. A 90-95 rated spirit.

"I Have loved some ladies and I have loved Jim Beam and they both tried to kill me in 1973",,,,,,,Hank Williams Jr.

I prefer Jack Daniels Black label, Jim Beam straight, on the rocks or mixed depends on the mood. My son turned me on to The Glenlivet some time ago but I only take that straight up.

Glenny is a nice summer-time Scotch for me- it's the one I will take over rocks and is a perfect introductory Scotch- almost refreshing. It was the one that whet my taste buds for more.

I'm currently "sampling":
15 varieties of Scotch
14 American whiskys
3 Canadians
1 Irish...but have had others.

And my wish list is getting more complicated all the time! So much good stuff out there. Makes for a nice rotation I suppose.
