My guess would be an Isuzu and the locale is either the Carribean or possibly Africa or maybe Dutch Guyana but as the language on the truck is English I doubt it.
Can you enlighten us?

I really don't know what brand that truck is.
Country is probably South Africa.
Found the pic on a dutch website.
Lots of funny pictures there.

I'd second the South Africa guess. The small pickups are called "bakkies" there, and there are zillions of them. I passed a little ole tiny Nissan PU in the mountains that had 17 people in it.
