failure of aftermarket parts, not covered by your manufacturers warranty.

"The new LED's are green" .... explain to me how on earth you think a different lighthing unit connected to basically a generator that is going to run regardless is more "green" haha

That's simple.

The alternator in yer truck is an 'on-demand' generator. The less demand ( e.g current draw), the less field current is supplied, the less torque is needed to turn it, hence the lower energy requirement from the engine.

Every watt saved counts - especially in a pace car , lol.

WTF - did Chevy run outta budget fer fuses / circuit protection?

Unbelievable.

Well that can be good for marketing no mater what the cause. GM probably paid for the pace car right and then the equipment they installed burns up the marketing opportunity.. Not good for GM.. Not really their fault but really bad luck..

Yep. Sucks to be Chevy right about now. With the G5 and Cobalt issues - and now this. The SS sedan began production this build year. - Og

The reason the pace car caught fire was someone knew Jr was FINALLY going to win a race. Pace car catches fire. Tornado Warning during the race.. yup that was a sign.

I better quit while im ahead, i dont want to have Jr Nation agaisnt me
