2015 Ford F-150 Faces Three-Month Production Delay

Oh no! The launch date for the 2015 Ford F-150 has been delayed by up to three months. Blame it on the aluminum. Rumored to lighten the 13th-gen F-150 by 700 pounds, aluminum body panels ...

More on the blog.

There are plenty of aluminum plants to go around. Thats like when Ford reported a delay on black trucks because they ran out of metal flake for the metallic paint after the tsunami in Japan

Perhaps he should be posting in the News and Inside Information forum? He works for IB as a blog editor.

EDIT: Looks like he did post a thread in there last week.

I agree - anywhere but GD. And, there should be at least some awareness of the forum's activity. Right now it looks to me like someone is just throwing stones into a pond and walking away ...

Story is questionable in any case ...

I have the same problem on the PC forum that I admin - the content side of the house is clueless on what goes on in the forum but they stay out of it.

I can certainly agree with IB trying to get people over to the content side to read stuff, but I think they need a bit better structure in here if they are going to link to their side of the house. I'd be willing to bet that the vast majority of members here don't know about the content side, and probably a lot of them could care less.
