Bellagio Display

The objects circled in red are water columns. The water is flowing from one side to the other. I'm wondering if they add something to the water to increase surface tension. Any ideas?

They're plasric tubes

I was in Japan @ an Intercontinental, and their lavatory faucets - every one of them - were pure laminar flow designs. It was surreal and mesmerizing ( yeah - it don't take much, lol)

I took a LOT of baths

Water can be an awesome thing when you know how it works and how to manipulate it.

Awesome pics, Takeda!
