If you mean from border to border on I-10, I bet you can. On the first day of summer, sunrise in Beaumont is 0616 EDT and sunset in El Paso is 2015 MDT. This gives you 15 hours of daylight to go 880 miles, all you have to do is average 60 mph which should be doable.

Not being able to do 60 through Dallas is no biggie, you can legally do 75 or 80 on most of the rest of the run. I-10 has the same issue through Houston and San Antonio.
