Texas Tea and thick ribeye go really well with a beer. In fact, with enough Texas tea, I could probably skip the beer altogether. You could put it back in the horse that passed it.

Microbrews ain't cheap. I try not to dilute my beer with food.

I look at it a little differently. I think, what food will go good with this beer.

I like a porter or stout with appetizers and an IPA, brown ale or amber ale with dinner.

Good beer. Good food. You can't go wrong whatever the combination.

Lemme tell you, that Hudson valley pork was tip-top. Prolly the best I've ever had. That and the keg trailer with six taps sticking out the side of it. Good day to be chef.

No one has mentioned pretzels? Applebee's and some of the chain restaurants have started doing pretzels with beer-infused dipping sauce and it is excellent!
