Very stinky problem

We have a very stinky problem here and I need some ideas how to solve it. We have some hog buildings that we lease out. The guy that is leasing them now is a real dirt bag to say the least. Well when I was mowing today I noticed my wheels were wet and thats when I found out that this moron was pumping all the manure from the pits onto our lawn....AGAIN!!!! He tried this once before but we couldn't be sure that he actually did it, well this time we caught him red handed. If we still had our manure tank I would simply fill it up, all 3500 gallons of it, and go and dump it all on his lawn right in front of his doorsteps. Anyone have any ideas how to get it through to him that this **** don't fly.

Report him to the authorities such as the Department of Health, Police, EPA, etc. What he did is illegal. You can also call the people he's leasing the property from.

If you can get video taped evidence of him actually doing it, so much the better.

You could always sue him.

Well the problem is its our property and about 150 yds from our house. Calling the EPA was considered but we were worried that they might come after us too since we let this happen. They might say that we should have been paying closer attention to him. Well after looking closer at the buildings today we may not have to put up with him for too much longer.

you know it's lawful in most states to shoot trespassers in defence of person and/or property... some states require you to give warning though...

get a class A licence to carry and a 12 gauge and i bet your pig problems dissapear...

if you can't get rid of him, find a decent sized trash can, fill it with as much ***** as you can find, then add water. lean it against his front door and knock. when he opens the door it all falls in.

what we used to do for fun were ***** bombs. like in the movie "can't buy me love". funniest damn thing ever. first somebody has to take a dump into a small paper bag. when you get to the target site, dip the bottom of the bag in water, then slam it on his front door. make sure you don't soaj the bag too much. my friend did once and the ***** fell out in the bed of my truck before he threw it. he cleaned it up, put it in another bag, then we slammed it on the hood of a ricer stopped at a red light, as my friend driving behind me made sure he didn't catch up. ahhh memories.

The Dept Of Health should not hold you partly responsible. Once you figured out what was happening, you did something by calling them. You cannot be held responsible for the actions of your neighbor, unless the neighbor is living ON YOUR property, either free or renting/leasing. However, if the neighbor is dumping illegally, you aren't responsible for the dumping itself. I would report him. (BTW, I am NOT an atty, just passing on some info that may help.) Call the DOH, and get rid of the chitbird.

Good luck,
C~
