one suggestion on something that i picked up on, is that you said she has been through 3 or 4 boyfriends and a fianceè and one of those had dui's driving your kids to school and another a sex offender(if i read all that right). first off hearing all that would make me mad enough to take her back to court for full custody and prove she is not fit enough to make the best decisions for the kids. a drunk and a sex offender around my kids? no way. and any judge with some common sense would hopefully award you custody. but you would have to prove it. im blessed to not have to deal with that. i know times get tough and hard and i hope and pray i never have to go through it. good luck.
