Daikin

Anyone out there know what it is? The company I work for does a lot of them and I do them all. Just wondering if anyone else does.

Nope, unless your talking Ac or heat pumps. I believe it's a name brand. Seen it before, the name on a riveted metal label.

Ductless AC and heat pumps.
Just installed a 24000 btu 18 seer unit Thursday.
From what I am told, they are top of the line.

There's a Daikin here in town. I believe they do something with chemicals, I recall them having a spill or something like that a few years ago.

I agree, seen that name elsewhere as well, on a drawings/cad list. I believe it's the same name anyway (maybe not), with high pressure systems. Think that was electric over hydraulic tho. Well, it would have to be if I seen it there.

We use Daikin A/C units at work. Pretty big Temp control/moisture Control company. They are the more Rolls Royce end of the market, in the sizes we use for the rental market anyway.
