This is why I liked driving stick. Although I'm going to be restoring my car again to drive, its a stick and no one knows what it is anyways...

Depends where you are. Your truck would bring in 300 -500 @ a salvage yard. Specially if your running converters.

Fail.

Hell, it is funny enough watching people that can run a clutch get in my '66 or '71.

Another guy wanted to borrow my '08, and then sheepishly declined when he saw that third pedal.

its about a $400 truck any way you slice it. hacked franken truck, no converters to increase value at scrap. Plus i think theyd hurt themselves in it. The neutral safety switch may or may not be removed so you can do a clutchless start in or out of gear...

@adrianspeeder: My dad installed a fifth wheel hitch into an early-00s Super Duty one time and I had the hardest time finding the gears in that ZF-6; they're so close together!

Really? I think they are still as far apart as an ole four speed, but what can ya do, ain't a mustang short throw shifter.

Mind you, at the time I had mostly driven a 95 Escort with shot bushings so the shifter went everywhere...

I'd like to see people try to shift a non synchronized manual tranny hooked to a gasoline engine...double clutch!!
