Joey T's Chicago

Joey T's Chicago
Okay, A couple of years ago my Brother's daughter was in Chicago for the summer. She's a dancer and was doing a summer internship with a ballet company.
My brother went to visit her for a week and they ate at a place called Joey T's. He said the veal was wonderful and so was everything else they all tried.
Skip to the present:
My wife might be in Chicago for some business in late April and since I've been unemployed for the past 12 years I may get a chance to accompany her. I just did a search and the only Joey T's I can find evidently burned down and hasn't reopened.
Was it a family run restaurant? Might it have opened under a different name?
I know, long shot, but what have I got to lose?

FIB? haven't heard that since I sent a winter up in Green Bay.
I never heard of or went to Joey T's but it looks like they relocated to Idaho. He probably got sick of Illinois/Chicago politics and their penchant for raising taxes and fees all the time.

No idea if it is even the same owner.
