At the UN TODAY, the Phillipines are asking for help.
Looks like the Chinese are in a mad rush to build a city on a Phillipine island. China has decided all of the South China Sea belongs to them.

Looks like the Indians are plenty concerned about recent Chinese aggression and the prospect of 3 - 4 Chinese carriers in service over the next 20 years.

FWIW, the Indians have had carriers for awhile, but the 'new' one the Russians are developing for them has had problems in the sea trials and completion has been delayed until next year.
