I just got my 05 F150, so I always get the "that is way better then your Dodge!" mostly from my all Ford family. Now our stable is all Fords.

I dont know why but I get about 500 times more waves, looks an coments since I took cap off, I think it made the wheels stand out more. Best one though was last weekend, We have a HUGE car crusie near my house so I zipped up there. low and behold my buddy was parked next to a Ford club that was there in his badass blown 69 Chevelle. Guess who had to have me jumpstart his car surrounded by Ford's. Man did he get HELL

 

From my son after his first drive with the new blower....." That thing's got nuts!"

 

I had a girl leave me her number on my door because "she liked my style". Truck was covered in Mud, screw keeping it clean like most you guys

 

I've had someone insist that my truck has to be an '06.

 

"did you buy that from auto anything???"

best compliment I got was from a little red acura in a parking lot. I pulled out and stepped on the gas a bit and set off his alarm

 

This one girl I dated asked what year my truck was. I told her it was an '05 and she was like, "It looks so new!" Another one I dated said, "Really nice truck!" Ironically, both of them were gold diggers and the truck made them think I had money.

 

i got asked, actually TOLD it was a 3/4 ton when i was hauling hay. they insisted it was a 3/4 ton. That was a few days ago.

I have a SuperCrew with a 8 Foot bed so i smile when women say " wow that thing is long"

 

I got pulled over once in my 97 and when the PO walked up to the window, I handed him my paperwork and he told me "I don't need to see those. I wanna ask you some questions."

Turns out, he had the same model F150 and wanted to know how much lift I had, tire/rim sizes and what else I did to the truck. We sat there for about half an hour just talking trucks and then he asked if I wouldn't mind if he took it for a test drive. I said (jokingly of course) only if I could drive his police car. Anyway, I let him take it for a spin and when he came back, he handed me a PBA card and told me if I had any problems around here, let him know.

 

Wow that's pretty cool... so how whas his cruiser?!?

 

Idk about that officers car, but dads has some snort!
