Well it was a good ride fellas

But I guess it's time to move on to other adventure in the car ownership world, as my baby was sent to spend time with Henry Ford himself this weekend. (I sound like I'm talking about a person...haha)

Most of you might not know me as I haven't been on here in a good 6 months or more. Some of you might know my truck though.

I was heading down to College Station, TX this past Friday (7/13) to deliver my old mattress to my sister as she is moving into a new house. Well...literally 1 city block from my destination my baby met her unfortunate demise against a 2009 F150 that turned in front of me halfway through the intersection (Rock Prairie & Wellborn for those in CStat). I got word today from insurance that she is for certain totaled, although I knew as soon as we collided that she was gone. Thankfully the other driver and myself were unharmed, minus an airbag burn on his right arm (mine didn't deploy). I know some of you will probably say I should have beat him to a pulp, but we are just lucky it wasn't a worse situation than it could have been. I have no hard feelings towards him, nor do I plan to. It's an unfortunate event that happens sooner or later, whether you like it or not.
