Add It To The List......

My wife often asks me, "Is there anything that makes you cry?"

To which I usually respond, "The Vikings winning the Super Bowl!"

This thing had me bawling like a baby.....

Great story! Thanks for sharing. I know how I would feel about some of mine I had to get rid of.

I think in order to "get" the emotion of this piece, you almost have to have been a parent, because only then do you make the connection with the kinds of things you give up for yourself so that you can provide for your children.

I can't believe the car was still in its original shape and in such great condition. Being it had been through what sounds like a ton of owners and a lot of traveling.

There is nothing quite like that "ONE" vehicle that steals your heart, whether it's your first, or 30th. Great story

He hasn't seen or heard the car in a quarter century, starts it up and says, "They changed the mufflers."
True love.

Fantastic! The guy knew the second that he saw the car that it was his old car.

I've tried explaining to my wife how a man can get attached to a machine like that, and she just doesn't get it. That guy gets it!
