2011 Taurus Questions....
Hey Fellas,
Been a long time since I posted, mostly just viewing the classifieds and the truck of the month…Anyway I had a few questions about my wife’s white platinum Taurus, because the Taurus forums online SUCK and only deal with the 90’s SHO cars…I know her car is built on the same chassis as the new explorers so are the rims interchangeable? I was looking for getting some Taurus SHO rims for cheap or the nicer explorer rims (if possible, besides ebay) but as I stated above, the Taurus forums are outdated and nobody is posting to get rid of newer stuff (I would be in the market for someone who wants to get rid of their SHO rims because they upgraded). So far I have just tinted the windows and am looking to get the SHO spoiler from TASCA. Any websites you could point me to would be much appreciated…Thanks!

Maybe try tirerack .com and type in each vehicle and search for wheels. It should give you the mm & bolt pattern.
update...
they appear to be the same 5-114, but the backspacing is 10mm off. The Explorer is 45mm and Tauri is 35mm. I inputed a SHO & SEL and FWD XLT Explorer. All came back at 5 on 114. Good luck finding the SHO wheels. People want a mint for them. I haven't heard of any "knock-off" SHO wheels out there yet.
