I've had a F150, 4x4, super crew, ecoboost on order for over a month without a vin assigned to it yet. Went to the dealer and found out I'm the only person that has a truck on order but they just recently put an order in for another customer. Would Ford wait until they have enough on order for a particular dealer or region before they assign them a vin# so they can be scheduled to be built?

 

You don't have enough posts yet to post in the Tracking forum, but I believe you can read the threads - and I think this is discussed in detail in one of the stickies. When you can post in there, you can probably get some info with your dealer # and order # without a VIN.
