I recently ordered and received some s/s trim from Car-ID website. The product was very good and arrived sooner than expected. One of the trim pieces had a small "bump" in it that I noticed after the install, because the instructions said not to remove the protective trim until after the part was installed. I went on-line to their help section and spoke to a rep online. She had me send a picture of it and contacted me the next morning. Told me the manufacturer would send me a new part n/c right away.
I will be ordering more from this website, I liked how things were handled.
