Went Turkey Huntin'
He's got a lot more beard left than what mine had, he was all rubbed out.I had some of the breast last night for dinner. I laid it out flat, seasoned, laid 4 strips of thick bacon over the top and rolled it up with the bacon inside. Grilled it for about two hours at 300, coated it with some Jim Beam BBQ and let it rest with the grill off for about 10 min. It was some good eats and very moist. Not too sure how I'm going to do the legs and thighs yet, still studying for that one.
