That's pretty much what I have, just a few years older. Great little tractor. I love Cub's.

Well I tried to start my lawn mower yesterday for the first time and it was a no go. Brand new one that I bought from Sears last August. Good thing the local Sears is like 3 miles from my house.

Kohler makes a heck of an engine! I ran a 16.5 on my old Craftsman for 12 years with absolutely zero trouble. My new mower is a 2011 Husqvarna 54" cut hydro with 25 hp Kohler, and it's a beast. You'll love the Kohler.

One word... Zeroscape

We did that in Denver when we lived up there. Due to the drought and watering restrictions we had a heck of a time keeping the lawn nice and green. So we just ripped out the grass and filled the front yard with rocks
