Props To PayPal

So I think it's human nature (especially on forums) to hop on here and bitch and complain, rant and rave when something doesn't go our way. We are all quick to pull the trigger and spread the word when we have a bad run-in with a company or bad luck with an item. Why are we wired to not do the same thing every time something good happens??

Yesterday, I issued a refund to a TimeSert customer and I accidentally left the refund amount blank, so it was going to issue too much of a refund (good for the customer, LOL) withdrawing the total amount from my bank account.

I got the code they give you from the website and called the customer service number (after business hours on top of things). I immediately got a person; not one time did I have to listen to any automation or select 1 for english or any other option. She immediately canceled the transaction and had my account reset to redo. She stayed on the line and walked me through the process even though it was super simple.

Anyways, I know many have had bad luck or have heard of bad luck with PayPal, but I've been using it for about 10 years, and use it almost exclusively for my TimeSert business and it's been completely great and trouble free.

Just thought I'd share some good news for a change!!

The exact results for me. A live person, that you can UNDERSTAND and on the phone till the issue is resolved. Also with paypal there's never a problem
if a seller dosen't hold up his end of a deal. I know people will disagree, but
they've done right by me.

Man, good catch. I haven't used pay pall that much and didn't know it was set up that way. Would probably be a good idea if they fix their system so that it won't complete a transaction without the amount, and ask twice for it.

I think the whole thing sucks. I had my tickets to the Bahama's all ready to go and Galaxy pulled the rug out from under me!

Just kidding, good news and glad to hear it worked out for you!
