Anyone know a good source for enzyme suplements

I've been taking an enzyme supplement for years called Maximzer, and recently the price has gone up, so I'm looking for a less expensive solution. Any good suggestions out there?

Stomach problems, huh? I took Maximzer years ago and it finally quit doing anything for me. I'm the King of the Stomach Problems around here. I'm now buying yogurt with live cultures and it's been a fabulous thing so far. They make it in different flavors like vanilla, strawberry, peach, etc and it tastes pretty good too. I eat about 1/2 cup every night and it gets rid of the bloating, cramps, gas, etc that I get during the night. You can eat all of it you want and it's cheap. Around here, $2.50 for a quart which will last about 2 weeks for me. Might give it a try.

Interesting point. I love yogurt, favorite is Activia, my wife and I eat a bit of it. I can't say I know the difference between what it does for digestion, and what enzymes do.
