I am swapping a motor out of an 03 Lightning into my 89 Mustang. The 5.4 has 2 broke rods, I am trying to figure out the best rods to put back in (replacing all rods), to handle super charger and possibly a 250 wet shot. Can anyone help please!?

Thanks. Im planning on this being one FAST car. Got about a year left to finih it up, so not in a big hurry. Just want to make sure its all done right.
