Suggest me a mouse

Ok so I am at the computer all day long at work, right now I have this mouse

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001W6Q26W

wireless
"mobile mouse"
forward/back buttons
scroll left/right

so i like the extra buttons on this mouse but hate how small it it, my hand hurts at the end of the day because the right right side of my hand doesnt sit on the mouse

so does anyone have a wireless mouse with forward/back buttons and under $20?

I use the Logitech Marble Mouse. It has a roller ball you use your pointer finger to move and keep your hand still. I have it on two computers. One at work one at home. I have no intentions to ever use any other.

Take a look at this one. Use it daily and like it a lot.

I agree with Micheal, but the thumb trackball (marble) is the best IMO, here -

Yea, they're a little pricey, but if your on the comp all day long, this will save your hand from Hydro-lock. Comfy, fast and precise.

I have a corded one I also use on another machine, just like this -

I'll never use any other. I have a drawer full of rejects lol.

But! The best mouse for on the go, ie laptop, would be this little sucker. It's not real comfortable, but small and very reliable for a cordless. -

I to would have to recommend a track ball. I have used on my desktop for 10 or 12 years (same one in fact) and love it.

No track ball, I don't like them.

That logitech looks nice but more than I want to spend on a mouse for work.

Microsoft makes some larger than normal mice that are cheap. Got one for about $20 from Office Max, but it's got a cord on it. Not a high quality mouse, but it is big and cheap.

I'd say go to Best Buy or Office Max or someplace where they have a decent selection and see what fits your hand.

If you are going to use it for a few years, I wouldn't let a price difference of $10 - $30 stop you from getting the one that fits you best.

That's the same one I have. I got mine at Walmart. I forget how much I paid but it wasn't too bad.

Thing is, if it stops your hand from hurting, it is worth every penny, even if it was $100. I would suggest you go to someplace like Staples, Office Depot, or Best buy where they have multiple mice layed out and see which one fits the best.

Not used to it I guess...just never liked them.

I get the feeling I gave out the wrong impression. I don't have big hands, in fact I wear a size small glove. It's just that I don't like the small "mobile" mouse that I have.

I went to frys electronics yesterday but their selection of mouses that were out of packaging to try was very limited.

I'll probably just get that logitech

Well, the most comfortable wireless mouse (big/ergonomic) I've used like that is the i530. I believe that's a Logitech. Not sure, but I believe that's just for Macs.

Personally, I haven't had good luck with allot of the large wireless mice in the past. Hopefully they have the bugs sorted out by now, -they use to be a PITA; - Conflictual, battery hogs, mind of their own, always having to mess with it even after deleting all other profiles in hardware manager.

So be careful, - I suggest you go after what most are referring to, so you don't get stuck with a bad one.

Good Luck
