Pickup trucks dying out?
Nissan is not Ford. Ford's are tuned for 87 and do not have the ability to self adjust timing all the way to 93 so no gains are had and you are just spending money. They may be able to adjust to 89.
The day I can tow my trailer, quad in the backseat, with a Toyota Tercel is the day my truck gets sold.
Some people need a truck and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Some Ford's do but you are correct the F150 does not.
Ok is this a thread about what octane to use or about pick up trucks? People are whining about what other people use in their gas, like who gives a ****. You put in 87 he puts in 93, it shouldn't be your damn concern.
Back to the OP, when the F series isn't the best selling car in America then we talk about pick up trucks dying out.

I had a 93 ranger 4.0 v6 that rattled running 87 gas, put 93 gas in and a little rattle but not as bad as running 87. Anyways back on topic, trucks arent going anywhere, still a lot of lifted trucks still being drove around here and the ones on the lot arent sitting there real long before someone buys it.
So your mad because you don't know what this threads about ? Funny, -I really haven't seen any whining... Until now. What makes you think anyone has a "damn concern" ? Did you hit your head ?
I still drive the truck on weekends and around the farm when I need it (We have 2 other trucks for the farm that i tend to use more).
I'm actually considering upgrading to a F250 diesel now.

Sit back and relax, grab a beer
