The constitution was vague for a reason.

 

Think the Clarification was done in the late 60's by Congress. The basic idea is each congressman represents around 700,000 constituents. Thus the Electorial College falls within each congressman district with 1 vote either for the candidate that wins the popular vote count for the state. or follows the State constitution. You should check out every individual state. I don't claim to be a professor of Constitutional law. But it is easy to sort out a pack of liars because the Constitution is very Clear about Sedition or insurrection. There are legal ways thru our Congresses and Senates to make good law happen.
