well ive been working on mine lately, somehow the freaking float stuck in the carb so it leaked out all the fuel, but it hasnt been ran in a while so im gonna ride the hell out of it sunday and maybe it will clean the carb out

id smack it with a screwdriver or something bigger if you can reach in there with it. prob. dirt clogged the float up.
you actually moght have to take the carb off and clean it.

be careful smacking on the carb, they are weaker than you think.

Best way would be to turn the fuel off and unbolt the bottom of the carb and clean it with carb cleaners and some compressed air.

maybe, but i cant see you getting a blow hard enough to cause damage while its still attached to the quad. possible? probably, but unlikely....
