My nephew went with some of us this afternoon to shoot some clay. My friend has a youth 870 that fits him perfect! It took him about half a box of shells, but he is hitting them now! He is not a master of it, but he had some really good hits.

I am buying that youth 870, and with some practice, he will be a great 11 year old clay shooter!

 

That's good. You goin to try and get him into hunting?

I think it takes about a box and a half before I even come close to hitting the clays

 

He is already into the hunting. I took him dear hunting the last few falls. I may try to get him to nail a turkey with that 870 this year!
