Those Islamic countries do things differently than we do. We should let them deal with their own problems. Life has an entirely different meaning over there.

 

I am just glad other nations are taking more of the lead role this time compared to the past. From what I understand we are mainly doing the airstrikes with our missiles and then the French and British will be the ones enforcing the no-fly zone. Of course its a fluid situation so anything can change. At least, according to Obama as of this afternoon, we won't be putting any troops on the ground.

 

the American tax payers can't afford troops on the ground there and welfare at home...

 

Yeah I am ok with flinging cruise missles from ships...let some other countries take a bigger role. This guy is a lunatic, unless we take out a contract on him and replace him with a hand picked fella who will get assasignated in three months, we need to take a back seat.

 

Yea, all the libs complain about what the military costs in the M/E now, so we take on another fight? Anything we contribute to this newest mess should be our hand-me-downs and not detract from our current operations.

I'm afraid that President Can't make up my mind (AKA Obama) is setting us up for another Viet Nam. Remember it was the French that tricked Kenedy (JFK) into taking that mess on. Now here we have the French "taking a major role" in this mess. I don't see any good comming from this at all.

I know Obama said he wasn't going to put troops on the ground, but I am almost convinced he is going to... If other countries put troops on the ground, HE WILL FOLLOW SUIT....

Would this ( or the 112 Tomahawk missiles ) require another World Apology Tour ?

Good thing the POTUS is in South American this week, he can stop by and have Chavez insult straight away, just to get it over with ( considering how gracious he was the last time ).

So the Nobel Peace Prize Obama got 527 days ago, does he have to give it back now ?
