Dearborn F150 Production youtube

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I found it interesting specially since I just ordered a new F150. The video is of the Dearborne plant and the production of the F150. Its 45 mins long but interesting to watch.

I like how they're talking about fuel efficiency as they show a Raptor in the background that probably gets 12-13 mpg.

Interesting video, thanks for posting. The camera guy sucked. He was shooting the commentator dude more than what was happening on the assembly line.

Ford has finally caught on to the Toyota Way. That plant is setup exactly like every Toyota plant in North America. I have never heard so many Toyota manufacturing references in my life.

No wonder Fords quality is improving, they finally figured it out! Go Ford!

I got to see F150's being built back in '02. Down in Norfolk VA. I don't believe that they build them there anymore.

It's pretty damn cool to see them being built. Especially if your a Ford F150 enthusiast.

I believe that my 2011 F150 came from the plant in the video.
