Need some pricing assistance

Can anyone tell me what the current resale price is a very clean condition 2003 Leer Camper Shell that sits on a 2003 F150 XLT Shortbox?
I want to sell it? Anyone interested....Located in Ripon, Ca. between Modesto and Stockton.
Hope someone can provide me some honest pricing.
Thank you

Not very much. Not many people are wanting to put a camper shell on a 10 year old truck. The ones that are, don't want to pay much, and they probably don't want to pay extra to get one painted. They're going to look for one that is the same color of their truck.

Hope you get this if the Mods catch the for sale in the GD section.

Here is a thread on the site here ( reverse search, you ask I search )

https://www.f150online.com/forums/pa...ell-500-a.html

It started at 500.00, the asking price was lowered to 300.00, not too sure what the net price was.

This was for a 6.5' step side bed ( 2003 STX )

Standard bed or Flareside? I assume 6.5 foot bed? What color is it? Does it still have everything it needs for installation?

your not gonna get a whole lot. i had been looking for almost 10 months before i found my cap, i wanted a leer, and i didnt want to paint. i have a 04 5.5ft box and i saw many caps for sale in my search. my cap is a hard to find size/color and i ended up driving 12 hours (round trip) to finally get it.

the best advice i can give you is to list it and wait, i saw many adds that were put up again a fews days after the previous one and it was annoying.

theres not really a demand for them and the guys looking want it to match.

if you cant store it and cant sell it your best bet would be to ask for $50 and just hope some guy can buy it and paint it to match his truck.
