Fellas,
Here's the scoop. I have a 2000 Pontiac Firebird. I wanted to upgrade the factory speakers (I do not have the upgraded Monsoon system, just the regular speakers). One was blown and I was getting no sound out of the other side. I took off the grills and found out I didn't even have a speaker on the one side. The speakers look like this:
So, i clipped the wiring harness off of the blown speaker and hard wired it to the aftermarket speaker, installed it and presto, it sounded great. I want to do the same thing on the other speaker, however, I don't have a wiring harness to clip because there's no speaker. So, I searched for a replacement harness but NO ONE lists the replacement harness for that model (again a 2000 pontiac firebird). I am in search of an $8 part that no one can verify for some odd reason. My question is this: Does anyone know if this wiring harness will plug right into the factory harness for this car? I am 99% sure it will, but I really don't want to order the wrong one. Here's the link of the replacement harness I want to order.

I just want to connect the wires from this harness to the aftermarket speaker, and plug it into the factory speaker plug, I really don't want to clip the plug off of and hard wire it. If anyone can verify this will or will not work, it is greatly appreciated.
