We beat the fawk out of 5.4L van chassis with breadtruck bodies on the flightline nonstop day after day. Not sure if they are 2 or 3 valve motors.

The van chassis are all 2 valve. There has never been a 3 valve engine of any displacement in any Ford E-series vehicle.

I own my hvac company, 331 k in my personal 04 e250-zero problems too date, knock on wood, well over a million on all of them -(10) once a yr oil changes with amsoil ow20
